The proposed development would create more than 1,100 construction jobs and 840 full-time jobs at full build-out.

Station Casinos purchases 67 acres in North Las Vegas Station Casinos has acquired a 67-acre land at the northwest corner of Losee Road and the 215 Beltway in North Las Vegas. Station Casinos is also building a $750 million resort in Durango and is eyeing to open a Wildfire Casino in late 2023.The Losee project would have a 600-room hotel and a 75,700-square-foot casino.
